Now and Not Yet
Good News
Through supported workplace coaching, we provide hands-on guidance, consistent feedback, and tailored strategies that enable individuals like Andrew and Chelsea to develop practical, job-specific skills in an inclusive environment. This approach allows them to build independence over time, strengthening their ability to interact with customers, follow workplace routines, and complete tasks effectively.
Working on the coffee van at Donvale Christian College, Andrew and Chelsea are gaining real-world experience—learning how to serve customers, prepare drinks, work as part of a team, and take pride in their contribution.
But this is about far more than coffee.
It’s about purpose.
It’s about dignity.
And it’s about being part of something bigger.
It always was and will always be about one thing and that is…LOVE

Community Bank Warrandyte Partners with Now and Not Yet to Create Pathways to Dignity
Now and Not Yet is incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of Community Bank Warrandyte, whose commitment to strengthening local communities continues to create meaningful impact across our region.
In 2025, Community Bank Warrandyte invested $10,000 into our Pathways to Dignity initiative, helping us provide opportunities, support and connection for people facing significant barriers in life. This investment enables us to continue creating pathways through employment, training, community participation and practical support for those who need it most.
More than a sponsorship, this is a genuine community partnership built on a shared belief that local people and organisations can work together to create lasting change. Through their Community Investment Program, Community Bank Warrandyte reinvests profits back into the community, supporting projects that strengthen wellbeing, inclusion and opportunity.
The support of Community Bank Warrandyte helps us continue our mission of creating spaces where people can belong, contribute and flourish with dignity. We are proud to partner with an organisation that understands the importance of investing in people and backing local initiatives that make a real difference.
Together, we are building a stronger, more connected community—one where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Thank you to Community Bank Warrandyte for believing in our vision and partnering with us to create pathways to dignity.
Far more than just a cafe…
We could use words like ‘Social enterprise’ or ‘Not-for-Profit’, but what does that even mean?
What it means is that we work incredibly hard to generate profits and invest those profits back into supporting the Warrandyte community. You, the community, are our shareholders and we like you want our hard-earned money to go into making Warrandyte the best it can be.
We hope you love knowing that the coffee and food you just purchased will be fed back into the community where it’s needed most.
You know that the good food, good coffee and good company that’s happening every day in our little community cafe is the gift that keeps on giving as we all work at making this world a better place, one sip and bite at a time.
So grateful for you support
